Now we know you are excited that the new Damian Lillard Colorways are coming out. But what is going to make you really smile is the fact that there isn’t just ONE style coming out. Over the next few months, Adidas is going to release a total of SEVEN different styles, all inspired by Dame.

Next Friday, February 1st, we’re going to get your first taste of the Dame 5 in 3 different Colorways. The “People’s Champ”, which focuses on Dame’s love for boxing, the “All Skate” inspired by one of his favorite hobbies and the “You Know What Time It Is”. The YKWTII are made to perfectly match those Trailblazer uni’s.

Then on March 1st the Dame 5 “Suga Gee” hits shelves. These shoes honor Dame’s mother, Gina “Suga Gee” and are made in her favorite color.

And it doesn’t stop there!

April 5th brings the “Dame Goose”. This brightly colored sneaker is modeled after and inspired by Dame’s favorite childhood bike. He said, “Somebody stole that bike, and I went searching. We went around the neighborhood and found it. You ain’t keeping this one. That’s ours.”

Then finally on May 3rd, Adidas will drop the Dame 5 “Laheem the Dream”. A reference to Lillard’s alter-ego. As Dame himself says, “La Heem is my alter ego. It’s a Muslim word, but it just started cause my cousin would always say La Heem. It [represents] the best of the best. It’s a Muslim word that means to be ahead of or to be passing. It’s kind of [become] my thing. It’s like everything else I do, I’m La Heem.”
