These days Kanye West is an Adidas dude, but he still has some things from his days at Nike that he hasn’t let go of yet.

Remember those “Red October” shoes he released with Nike back in 2014? Well, Yeezy has applied for a trademark to get the exclusive naming rights to “Red October.” If he gets the approval Yeezus can use his “Red October” name on shirts, jerseys, footwear, and lots of other stuff.

Four years ago Kanye started the trademark filing, but it fell through because he didn’t finish the paperwork. Now is seems Kanye is trying to fix the problem before October comes around again.
